Greg Gyori comes from a corporate world where he thought success meant climbing the ladder, chasing promotions, and making his family proud. But the harder he worked, the more he burned out. The long hours, toxic environments, and constant pressure left him feeling empty inside and his nervous system in survival mode.
In 2020, his anxiety hit breaking point. Sleepless nights and burnout pushed him to promise himself he’d never live that way again. That was his turning point.
He began traveling and studying ancient practices in Thailand, India, Indonesia, and Japan, exploring tools that don’t just heal the body and mind but bring you back to your true self.
What he discovered is this: inner peace isn’t a luxury, it’s a real, grounded state you can live from every day.
His mission is to empower people to live their true purpose by teaching powerful coaching tools, energy practices, and nervous system work that bring them back into alignment with their soul’s calling. These practices restore nervous system health, elevate your frequency, and help you change the way you feel so you can build a life that is truly calling you. Fresh from three weeks in Bali, Louise reflects on one of the most profound lessons of her trip: the difference between simply going through the motions of a practice and embodying true presence. What began as a daily routine of Qigong, yoga, and meditation revealed itself to be something deeper; an invitation to slow down, connect with the body and breath, and fully inhabit the present moment.
Through encounters with teachers, healers, and ancient Balinese practices, Louise discovered how often we convince ourselves we’re being present, when in reality we’re still caught in busyness, distraction, or thought.
